About this site
This site exists to reflect a specific, lived experience: moving through the day while pain is present inside the motion itself.
Across these pages, the focus stays narrow and immediate. Movement still happens. Standing, walking, reaching, turning — none of it disappears. What changes is what shows up during those actions. Pain interrupts, alters, and reshapes movement while it is already in progress.
You may recognize the hesitation before starting a motion, the interruption that arrives halfway through, or the adjustments your body makes without conscious planning. You may notice how attention stays engaged — not because movement has failed, but because it no longer feels neutral.
Nothing here explains why this is happening. Nothing offers strategies, fixes, or interpretations. The pages do not look backward for causes or forward for outcomes.
They exist to name what is occurring right now, inside ordinary movement, as clearly and honestly as possible.
If these pages feel familiar, that recognition is the point. This site is not here to resolve the experience — only to reflect it accurately, without judgment, direction, or conclusion.
